Explore Leiden strives to make its city walks as safe and enjoyable as possible. We take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our participants. However, participation in the city walks is entirely at your own risk.

Explore Leiden is not liable for:

• Damage or injury arising from participation in the city walks, regardless of cause.
• Loss or theft of personal property during city walks.
• Consequences of weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by third parties.

Participants in the city walks:

• Must be in good health and able to complete the walk.
• Should comply with the guide's instructions.
• Being responsible for their own safety and that of their children.
• May not consume alcohol or drugs under the influence of which their responsiveness is impaired.
• Should behave in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Explore Leiden reserves the right to:

• City walks to be cancelled or modified due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Exclude participants from participation who do not comply with the rules of conduct.
