• Damage or injury resulting from participation in city walks, regardless of cause.
• Loss or theft of personal property during city walks.
• Effects of weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by third parties.

City walk participants:

• Must be in good health and able to complete the walk.
• Should comply with the guide’s instructions.
• Being responsible for their own safety and that of their children.
• May not use alcohol or drugs under the influence of which their responsiveness is impaired.
• Must conduct themselves in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Explore Leiden reserves the right to:

• Cancel or modify city tours due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Exclude participants from participation who do not comply with the rules of conduct.
