Are you interested in the rich history of the city of Leiden?
We will walk through the historic city center of Leiden and visit several highlights in a short time such as:

• The Leiden canals with remnants of city walls and city gates;
• Leiden University including the Observatory, the Hortus and the historic Academy Building;
• The stately Rapenburg with all its splendor accompanied with anecdotes;
• Leidse Schutterij and Groenhazen neighborhood;
• Birthplace and neighborhood where Rembrandt van Rijn grew up;
• The Town Hall, the Breestraat and through the small alleys to the Pieterskerk.

The route can be adjusted in terms of starting and finishing point on request.

• Start- and End point at Garenmarkt in Leiden
• Parking with car is possible here at the parking Garenmarkt garage.
• Walk duration is approx. 1,5 hour (max 2 hour)
• Minimum size is 8 persons
• Costs are E20 pp (incl. VAT).
